I loved hearing her low WOOF in videos posted by her mom, Maryann. Samantha was one of the original Brat Pack I met online several years ago and she was the last survivor of that pack. Today, Samantha of the big ears and short legs lost her battle with bone cancer. The pack had lots of health issues. I marveled at how well Maryann took care of them and I know it wasn't easy. I am blessed the my pack of five cats has no health issues and are the same pack I had when I met Maryann and her five happy hounds several years ago online. My heart goes out to her tonight. I hope the current pack of hounds gives her comfort.
