WWWii

I joined Weight Watchers (WW) again on Thursday night. Friday was day one and boy did I blow the points without meaning to. I got a sub at subway and thought it was one of those low fat subs. NOT. Between that and everything else I ate, I used 50 points, but I had weekly points to use so that's okay. Yesterday I used exactly my daily points and still had 2 activity points left. Today I haven't eaten much yet though I'm getting hungry now. When I got groceries Thursday night I bought carrots, a bag of salad, bananas, peaches, Boca Burgers, and other things that will be low points. I have frozen meals to take for lunches this week. I wanted to get WW meals, but I just didn't like most of their stuff. I prefer the Lean Cuisine choices. I got 1 from WW and 5 from LC. I've been measuring things so I know how to count the points. Like how much milk goes in my blue glasses (just shy of 2 cups or 16 ounces). I've had Cheerios with a banana cut up and 1/2 cup of milk. Before I would have put lots of sugar for sweetness, but the banana cut up means I get a slice of banana with just about every spoonful of Cheerios so I get my sweetness. And now my Wii is functional again. I got the new sensor bar in the mail Thursday night and hooked it up Friday when I got home from work. I did 15 minutes on the Wii Fit on Friday and 2+ rounds of boxing (Wii Sports). Last night I did 18 minutes on the Fit. I couldn't get the Step game to work Friday, but I did yesterday and so far that is my favorite. The more I do the more I unlock new games on the Fit. The Yoga was a riot. I did the Tree position. My trainer dude tells me to grab my left ankle and put my foot against my thigh. My leg doesn't bed that far. It's got too much fat in the way so I put my foot against my knee or a little lower. On another exercise he tells me to touch my toes. I can't do that without bending my knees. Eventually I will be able to do that. I just laugh and do what I can knowing you have to start somewhere and it will get better over time.
